RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The customer has the right to back out of a deal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. This is called “Consideration Time.” The right to cancel ends 14 calendar days after the Customer (or a third party connected to the Consumer who is not the Entrepreneur) gets the ordered goods.
To use the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer must give the following information: the Customer’s full name, full address, email address, phone number (if applicable), and a written decision that makes it clear that the Consumer wants to get out of the contract. You must send the Entrepreneur a letter, fax, or email.
The Customer has the option to fill out the Withdrawal Form and send it to sales@herbiesheadshop.com via email. If this option is taken, the Entrepreneur will let the Consumer know right away that the withdrawal has been received. To properly follow the Withdrawal Period, the Consumer can let the Seller know they want to use their Right to Withdraw before the end of the Consideration Time.
What happens when you withdraw?
As long as the Consumer starts the Withdrawal process, the Entrepreneur will start a refund for all payments made by the Consumer. This will be done as soon as possible, but no older than 14 days after the withdrawal request is received. There could be a delay because of how long it takes for the Entrepreneur’s payment providers to process the payment. The Business owner will send the refund to the Customer using the same payment method that the Consumer used for the original transaction, except if the Customer has asked for something different. The Consumer will not have to pay any extra money because of the refund, other than the shipping costs to send the products back to the supplier. The money could be held back until the Entrepreneur gets the goods or until the Consumer shows proof that they sent them back, whichever comes first.
If the Customer has received goods that are part of the contract and wants a refund, the Customer must return the products to the Entrepreneur or ship them directly to us or to the address provided by sending an email to sales@herbiesheadshop.com. This should be done as soon as possible and no longer than 14 calendar days after the Customer uses their Right of Withdrawal. If the product has been returned to the Business owner before the expiration of this period, the conditions for a refund have indeed been fulfilled.

FEES FOR REQUESTING A WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer wants to use the Right to Withdraw, the Customer will only have to pay for the costs of returning the product.
If the Consumer has already paid, the business owner will return the money no longer than 14 days after the return or cancellation. Due to process time with the business owners payment providers, there may be delays that are out of the business owners hands.
LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The Consumer’s Right to Withdraw can be limited in certain ways by the Entrepreneur. Any exceptions only apply if the Entrepreneur told the Consumer about them before the agreement was signed.
The Entrepreneur can only waive the withdrawal rights for the following kinds of goods:
